Just Breathe
October 2, 2007
Anyone who knows me knows that my immune system is like those 70-year-old security guards, it's just there for show. Every fall since first year, when I move back into Waterloo, I develop a nasty lung infection. This year, I thought I was lucky. I wasn't going to develop a nasty lung infection - I was strong! Well, I was partially right. I didn't get a lung infection. No, this year, my the disease dispensing centre in my lungs decided to finish strong (after all, it is my last fall in Waterloo) and hit me with 'almost pneumonia' instead.
After waiting three hours to see the on-call doctor at health services, I got these. With any luck, I'll be breathing normally again by this weekend. Yay drugs.
