Not A Plane

Nathan asked me to make a plane for him using his blocks. So, being the obliging mother that I am, I did.

Pretty proud of my quick-thinking, I gave the plane to him.


He looked at it. Then, he looked at me and said, "This is not a plane! It doesn't have a propeller, it doesn't have a back propeller, and it doesn't have a top." And went back to playing with his own blocks.

... What happened to the days when things were simple?
