Home in Toowong - Part 2

February 6, 2011

This is the master bedroom.

We have a small balcony that looks out towards the back. However, I'm not sure if we'll ever spend time out there because 1. if we open those doors, there's a chance that bugs will come in right into our bedroom and we just can't have that, and 2. it is directly above our downstairs-neighbour's space which makes us look like we're watching them if we're both out there at the same time. Awwwwkward!

Next up is the boys' room.

Right now, only Nathan is in there as we're waiting for Caleb's crib (and even after that, it depends on if the boy will stay in his crib). We're trying to keep it toy-free so it's strictly a sleeping/quiet space.

Here's what we call "daddy's dungeon". His study. The room he's supposed to be locked in, studying at all hours of the day.

However, when Andrew's not home, this is also the room Nathan watches his movies in because we are currently without a TV (and I'm perfectly fine with that!).

So there you have it, our home in Brisbane.

Looks like a nice place to settle into! Reminds me of your old room in Waterloo with all the ikea stuff. And haha... "daddy's dungeon". We have a solarium with glass doors at our place, so its like shut myself into an aquarium :)
