Today, Yesterday

Nathan's going to sleepover at YehYeh, MahMah's place tonight because both Andrew and I have to head out before he wakes up in the morning. Before he left, we spent a few extra silly moments together so he wouldn't miss me so much (sob sniffle).

At one point, he asked if he could paint with me. I said...
Mommy: Not today!
Nathan: Yes, today!
Mommy: Yesterday?
Nathan: Today!
Mommy: Not, today!
Nathan: Yes, today!
Mommy: Yesterday?
Nathan: Today!

On and on it went until it was time for him to leave. He's so silly.
